Dr. Drew Byrnes, DMD
Dr. Drew Byrnes is a family and cosmetic dentist and a Central Florida native. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida with a degree in Integrative Biology and then graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Byrnes is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Dental Society of Greater Orlando and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Erik Holz, DMD
Dr. Erik Holz is a general dentist and a long time Central Florida resident. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Holz is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Catherine is our certified dental assistant. She’s been in the dental field since 2005, and has been a wonderful team member at our Winter Park dental clinic for 10 years.
She has two sons that keep her busy. A native Floridian, she enjoys going to the beach, reading a good book, rock-n-roll and playing her guitar. She loves teeth and hates vegetables!
Michele has worked with Dr. Drew Byrnes since July 2015 and performs a number of valuable services at the office including scheduling, treatment plans, accounting, and patient relations. She also acts as the office Team Leader. She maintains a deep commitment to excellence in patient care sustained by a passion for continuing education.
Michele has more than 20 years of experience including dentistry, office management and receptionist work. “I enjoy meeting with patients and helping them understand dental concerns,” says Michele, who enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Sara is a native Floridian, growing up in Fort Lauderdale, and attending Broward College for Dental Assisting and Hygiene School.
She has been in the dental field for over 11 years with experience ranging from front desk, assisting, and found her passion in Dental Hygiene. One of her favorite things about being a dental hygienist is motivating patients to be advocates for their own dental health with personalized tips/tricks that make it easier to understand how and why we recommend individualized treatment needs.
Being married and a mom is one of the biggest blessings in my life. In her Free time she enjoys working out, traveling, movies, naps and hanging with the family/dog. I also love to volunteer in the nursery at our home church.
I love flossing, dancing, laughing and loving. Not a huge fan of cooking.
Nicole is one of our hygienists. She graduated from Valencia College’s dental hygiene program in 2011 but has worked in the dental field for 10 years. She loves educating our patients and making their teeth feel squeaky clean.
In her free time she enjoys binge watching a good Netflix series. She also loves spending time with her husband and son.
Chloe, our Patient Coordinator, is a native Floridian. She grew up in the Orlando area and graduated from The University of Central Florida in 2013. She has a major sweet tooth, is a wedding photographer and loves to travel! She loves to spend her free time outside with family and friends or reading a good book!
Racheal has a great deal of experience working in customer service and is excited to bring that into the dental practice. Racheal will be working in many areas of the Park Smiles Dentistry office – behind the scenes, out in our community, and most importantly, assisting the rest of our team to be sure our patients have the BEST experience!
Originally from Maryland, Racheal loves to visit with her family and friends (crabs and football, yes, that is actually what they do), read a great novel, try new restaurants, and paddleboard on our gorgeous Winter Park lakes.
Megan has been a dental assistant since 2013. She enjoys dentistry because she’s always had a fascination with teeth! But even more so she truly enjoys helping people and making them feel comfortable about their dental concerns and needs. Assisting gives her the chance to be side by side with the patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending quality time with her daughter and family, and traveling! She also loves horseback riding and Mexican food and she has always had a fascination with Marine Biology.
Leah has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2008 and a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2011. She attended Broward College in Fort Lauderdale Florida, where she was born and raised.
When she’s not enjoying the everyday life of a hygienist, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and their fur baby, Tom the cat! She also loves to visit her Mom and 4 older siblings in South Florida, along with her closest friends. Her free time is spent finding new places to eat, catching some sun at the beach, and just enjoying her life to the fullest!
